IQ Messenger is a fast-growing software organisation that improves alerting processes for healthcare, industry and government. They do this using an application that can connect multiple devices using apps and integrations, so that the right information reaches the right person at the right time and in the right way.
To introduce potential buyers of the product to their product in an original way, IQ Messenger was looking for a new form of presentation. They really wanted to create a different experience with their communication and felt it was important to include humour in the presentation.
Using our presentation canvas, we started looking together at what message needed to be conveyed and in what way. This showed that the organisation often spoke from the product point of view (what does it entail, to which applications can it be applied?). However, the emphasis needed to shift to what it delivers, what change it can bring about.
A presentation in Prezi that takes you through the experience for the staff who will be using the product. We designed a care home for the elderly with different rooms in which the application of the software becomes clear.... The individual rooms can be zoomed in on, showing which equipment (think heart monitoring, etc.) can be linked to the app on which the carer receives all notifications. We also gave it a humorous twist: when the elderly lady gets lost, the carer can see via the app that she has ended up in Hansel & Gretel's cottage.
