Gin 1689 is a Dutch gin brand, founded in 2016 by two friends. They have made it their mission to revive the gin that King William III of Orange brought to the Netherlands from England in 1689, but with the original recipe. It took them 18 months before they managed to reproduce the recipe, but it seems to be well worth the wait. Their motto is 'taste the legacy'.
The owners of Gin 1689, in addition to their presentation for the dealers who stock their gin, also wanted a presentation for the bartenders who pour their gin. The aim of the presentation had to be to help them share the special story behind this unique gin, thus maximising the customer experience and convincing them to choose this gin.
We chose to give animated form to the unique historical narrative to bring history back to life. By choosing PowerPoint and employing AfterEffects in the process, we can make historical images come alive. We also deployed Photoshop to create appropriate mock-ups to recreate the full experience of the gin.
A PowerPoint presentation that allows the bartenders serving Gin 1689 to fully engage their guests in an experience. The brand's current branding is incorporated into the presentation and the presentation is designed to be easily customisable by the Gin 1689 team. In the presentation, we use a historical storyline and visual, animated mock-ups of the gin combined with beautiful glasses and fresh fruit to powerfully portray the overall picture.
