HotelloTOP is an international networking organisation for and by Hotelello's - students and alumni of hotel schools. With more than 6,500 members and annual events, awards and competitions, this community is unmissable in the world of hospitality. Â
The HotelloTOP organises an annual conference HotelloTOP Year Event - where Hotelello's can be inspired within themes that highly relevant are within the hospitality industry. The event took place this year during the Horecava - annual hospitality fair - at Amsterdam RAI. Us is also this year askedagd to be closely involved in this event, namely by helping to promote the event as well as largely facilitating the presentations during the event. In addition, Mandy - owner Present Savvy & co-founder Speakers Club - and Niek van den Adel - keynote speaker & co-founder Speakers Club - as chairmen of the day.
For the promotion of the annual event private we the existing branding pull through to a social campaign. For the event itself - themed 'transformation' - we decided to make an opening video to make and a teaser of it to be used to promote the event. We also created the general presentation in the same theme to support the day's chairmen, which we had the honour of doing for the first time this year. Further designed we the TOPTalks of the Hotello-speakers Anique and Martin.
A social campaign that led to a filled RAI - consisting of several announcement posts and a teaser - and audience members who watched and listened to the TOPTalks on the edge of their seats throughout the event. We strongly emphasised the theme 'transformation' in both the opening video of the event and the general presentation to emphasise the common thread during the event. ...We designed, at the organisation's request, 10-minute presentations with an automatic slide change after 30 seconds. We designed these presentations in PowerPoint and animated them so that no clicker was needed to scroll through them.
