Driessen is a Netherlands-based employment agency that has been committed to connecting people to work in healthcare, government and education - also known as 'vital sectors' - for more than 30 years. The employment agency grew out of family business DA&A, which was founded in 1993. The family feeling that once underpinned this is still tangible in its operations today, even though the company is one of the largest temporary employment agencies in the Netherlands.Â
Driessen was looking for a way to make their employee journey as optimal as possible for the different moments where it plays an important role. For this, they wanted something different and innovative, which did cover the load of on-boarding, the recruitment & selection process and the hiring process of new employees.Â
We mapped the different aspects of this employee journey to investigate which tool could be the best match for this project. After choosing the tool, we started working out the different parts of the journey in 1 presentation file.Â
