TENDER PRESENTATION

HEYDAY specializes in facility and real estate management. Their mission? To make people happy and improve buildings. HEYDAY represents flourishing and growth; helping people flourish helps your organization grow.

The question.

For a tender trajectory, HEYDAY was looking for an innovative way to pitch their proposals, outside of the usual framework of a tender pitch. They didn’t want to give an online presentation that allowed them to be on screen in just a small frame.

Approach.

First of all, we researched the common types of tender pitches and which possibilities we had to stray from this. We chose to create a PowerPoint presentation and project it on a big screen behind the presenters in order to create a true presentation experience.

To make HEYDAY stand out as a candidate for the tender, we chose to create a studio setting in a theatre. ...From there, HEYDAY was able to give their tender pitch by means of a live stream and a presentation designed by us. The purpose was to really surprise the oursourcing party and have HEYDAY make an unforgettable impression with their unique presence. We added on this by having a visual artist create a visual summary of the pitch by means of visual recording. The outsourcing party thus received an illustrated summary of the presented pitch, a unique and distinctive way of standing out.
