Tribu was experiencing a challenge with giving presentations; because of their very extensive assortment and cooperation with various designers, it was a challenge to combine their assortment (visually) in a single presentation. They wanted a presentation that they could send to (potential) distributors and selling points in which all of their products and product lines are combined in detail.
We have worked on this project in several stages. First, we started discussing the actual content; what do you want to share and when do you want to share this information? Next, we created a presentation per case based on a storyline, in which problem, solution and result were highlighted. Because of this cooperation, we could get to know each other’s businesses. After that, we started working with product content. We needed to structure the large quantity of images in an orderly way, which was a case on its own…
With an interactive PowerPoint presentation, we have enabled Tribu to present their products to those interested in an excessive way. ...Thanks to their own, gorgeous images, we have created zooming in effects for all products (through hyperlinks). When the sales team clicks on a product, all corresponding properties and materials will pop up. When a designer is selected, all products designed by that specific designer will show. We have created a presentation template per product line, which allows Tribu to add new products to the presentations themselves whenever they want to.
