Present Savvy processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide it to us yourself.

Special and/or sensitive personal data we process

These are decisions made by computer programmes or systems, without a human being (e.g. an employee of Present Savvy) being involved. Present Savvy uses the following computer programmes or systems:
- Teamleader, manages its user data in collaboration with Amazon Web Services (AWS). All data is automatically backed up and also stored redundantly. Thanks to the server and network structure, Teamleader remains accessible at all times - even when hardware problems occur. Teamleader maintains an uptime of 99.9%, allowing them to guarantee continuous quality service. Data privacy is crucial. Therefore, all data is kept within EU borders. AWS' data centres are distributed in clusters across countries around the world, but Teamleader's data (including backups) is only kept in Ireland. AWS acts in full compliance with EU data protection laws. Data is created in Teamleader for the following reasons; overview of jobs, preparing quotes and invoicing.
How long we keep personal data
Present Savvy will not retain your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary to fulfil the purposes for which your data is collected. We use the following retention periods for the following (categories of) personal data:
