At Savvy, we test the latest AI tools every month. Not because we are technerds (OK, a bit), but because we want to know how you can use them directly. So that you don't have to get lost in the AI jungle, but just get the highlights that really matter.
The latest version of ChatGPT - GPT-5 - is not a small upgrade, but a big leap forward.
With better memory functions, faster reactions and multimodal input (text, image, audio all at once), GPT-5 opens new doors for companies working with content.
These are the biggest changes in plain language:
Faster and more consistent - responds noticeably smoother, even on longer commands.
More multimodal - processes and analyses text, images and soon video/audio in a single conversation.
Better memory - remembers context and previous interactions over time. Think of your brand name, tone-of-voice, preferences, sports schedule, emails or schedule.
Tone-of-voice control - More specific settings for brand voice and style, so you don't have to instruct AI over and over again.
Cooperation mode (beta) - multiple users can work in one shared context, ideal for teams.
Tailored reasoning - GPT-5 can independently decide when to take more time (Thinking mode) for more complex questions.
More humanised writing style - lyrics feel more natural, especially with storytelling and creative hooks.
Stronger in code & debugging - build complete tools or fix bugs via "vibe coding" in plain Dutch or English.
Better at maths & care applications - now also analyses visual input (e.g. pictures of symptoms) more accurately.
Cheaper - via API up to 12× cheaper than Claude 4 Opus, with higher performance.
1 model -GPT-5 runs automatically as the default model (no model selector), but Plus/Pro/Team users can still choose between variants such as GPT-5 or GPT-5 Thinking
Integrations → link with your calendar and mail so that Chat GPT 5 helps you plan and react
Use the "Think deeply" hack - Add these words to your prompt to always activate reasoning mode, with no limit.
Vibe coding - Describe your desired tool or website in plain language, and GPT-5 writes and runs the code directly in
