Both parts of the project had their own approach. For providing online information meetings, we started with evaluating the existing PowerPoint presentations based on its content. By asking critical questions, we have converted the presentations in such a way that they are suited for another, interactive tool.
For the principal’s presentation, we have written a speech in collaboration with the Speakers Club Based on that speech, we critically evaluated which content needed to be visualized and we have developed a new presentation based on that content.
To create an interactive character for the educational presentations, we have chosen to design Prezi presentations. ...The existing information meeting presentations were converted to Prezi Video to make them more interactive and to adapt them to the target audience. The presentation for the graduation day speech was created in PowerPoint. Because this was meant to be a speech with (emotional) impact, we have written its content and visualized that. Marco has been trained on his delivery by the Speakers Club to help him build an impactful presence.
